Both are acidic fruits, and over increase the concentration(amount) of acid in your stomach. When your stomach digests a meal, the level of acid is greatly, greatly influential. If there is too little acid(drinking too much water or milk), your stomach acid is diluted and takes longer to digest(then you eat too much slowly digesting food and you feel sick). When the stomach acid is concentrated, it digests too quickly and doesn`t absorb the nutrients it needs, thus you basically are pooping all the nutrients your stomach missed(diarrhea). The reason it hurts is because the acid is slowly eating your stomach wall because it has little else to do(your stomach wall grows back, don`t worry) I would definitely recommend adding some base(grains and protein) to your diet when eating these acidic foods. I am addicted to citrus and I combat this as my painful payment. These fruits are delicious, I cannot blame you, and nutritious, so they are well worth the pain. -ka...@gmail.com-.

Lots of restaurants use MSG to preserve their food especially at the salad bar. I have found out that I am very bad problems such as dia and stomach aches after eating anything that has MSG so now I a,ways ask before I eat anywhere if MSG is one the food. Sometimes they will say no and their food has it and within 10 minutes of eating it I am very sick. Also, look at the food labels when at grocery store if the have MSG don`t buy it. Try not eating anything with MSG and I bet you will feel better quickly. I know most Italian food (pizza) does have it most of the time.

Because they use some nasty chemicals in cans of whip cream including a derivative of anti freeze- which the stick in a lot of our food- The FDA is comprised. I had been sick and in pain for a month till I stopped putting it in my coffee and used organic creamer instead.

Idk but it`s happening to me too and I hate it!! Maybe your allergic or something or maybe you should eat more substantial meals instead of just PBJ..thats what i find on the internet.

I get it every time, but only at pizza hut, no other pizza places. I forgot about the stomach ache and ate some at a family gathering. I was in sever pain all night. NO MORE PIZZA HUT FOR ME.

My stomach hurts after eating too many peanuts too. I haven`t found any remedies (other than limiting my peanut snack to a few handfuls).

Some pizza bothers me like pizza hut but some don`t bother me at all But I can`t eat sausage and some sauces are made with sausage grease.

Personally, I`ve experienced diarrhea after eating a bowl of oateal so I`m guessing it does give diarrhea to some people.
