Dear Mercy, although Probiotics are good and helpful in restoring the good bacteria back in the body which have been lost due to anti bacterial nature of antibiotics but excessive use of probiotics is also harmful and may lead to various complexities and health issues. It may affect the blood circulation and digestive system of the body and can create other problems like weakness in eye sight, head ache etc.
