I don`t want to overload my system. Which diet pill works better, Hoodia or Ephedra? Please, I need to lose weight quickly. Any help is appreciated!

The difference between Hoodia and ephedra is that while Hoodia works as an appetite-suppressent while Ephedra functions as a stimulant. as per the reviews . Hoodia does not have any side effects over the body and hence completely safe to take since it does not stimulate the body to increase the metabolism like ephedra does .

Ephedra is only legal in very small doses, for good reason it has killed many people who have taken it. There are much better Hoodia choices available. You want to make sure you get "pure hoodia" not an extract. Get a pure hoodia brand that has C.I.T.E.S. certification. You also need to make sure you get 750 mg. to 1000 mg. per pill. They usually don't put enough Hoodia in these big chain store brands to do much of anything. i need a good dietary supplement to help me lose weight. i've already decided to start working out, and i'm eating healthier. 3 or 4 years ago i weighed around 300 lbs. i started just drinking water and taking hydroxycut with ephedra. i got down to 195 lbs. Q. Besides exercise and diet, what suppliments are good for burning fat & increasing metabolism? hot-rox? lipo-6?
i'm working on getting back into lean shape...i'm not neccesarily tying to lose net weight, since i lift weights also, but i would like to decrease my fat percentage, while building muscle. for diet i'm doing low-carb. for muscle building, i'm taking in high-protiens and liquid creatine elixer (i've heard the liquid is safer for the kidneys) i've been through ups and downs, played sports and done other physical activities, but now i'm at a lull. i tried ephedra before they banned it and had amazing results! (lost 38 pounds when taking it with a low-carb diet and very light exercise). but now that i'm looking to get back, i'm looking for a suppliment that may help. i know that nothing works as good as ephedra did, but i'm just wondering if anyone has taken something with decent results. (i tried hydroxycut, hydroxycut hardcore, hoodia, and green tea pills...not very good results from any of them). i hear that hot-rox and lipo-6 work well...any feedback on those? something else?? thanks


If you want to loose weight and keep it off there is no magic pill. Losing weight is simply burning more calories then you consume. All pills do are give you stimulants that increase your heart rate which will help you burn a few extra calories. You also need to make sure you are eating enough calories as eating too few will put your body into starvation mode. You should find something that you can stick with. Eating healthy, drinking lots of water and getting excercise is the best and healthiest way to loose weight. You normally should only be losing between 1-3 pounds a week any more and you risk gaining it back when you stop doing whatever you are doing to lose the weight.
