How long do i wait to take a probiotic after eating? Getting this answer is huge for me. If you know about this please give me a few of your ideas. Sheri

Tesha	"They recommend to take your probiotics after eating..." They recommend to take your probiotics after eating. This is due to the fact that some medicine and supplements are more effective on an empty stomach. Which basically means that if you already ate you should wait to have your digestion completed. This depends on you and your body since some people have a slower digestion. On a general basis, I would say 4 hours would be more than enough.
