    Q. How many times can you use clearblue test?

Only once!!! You can only use one test strip at a time. In some cases test strips are used to test against each other, so it would ruin everything if you used the same one twice.

    Q. How many times can u used th clearblue test?

You can use clearblue machine for long but you can use one stick for one time then it becomes useless. You have to change stick every time.

    Q. Is clearblue ovulation test reliable?

All Clearblue Easy Pregnancy Tests, whether it is the stick test or the more expensive hand held digital monitor test, are over 99% accurate when used from the day of your expected period to test for ovulation. Their line of Early Tests can be used up to 5 days sooner.

    Q. What time of day for digital ovulation test?
most ovulation tests say mid day but the clearblue easy digital opk's don't specify. what time of day is best for these? fmu? or mid day? thanks!

I love how people answer these questions about ovulation tests and answer as prengnacy tests! I wish people could read! Anyway, a friend i met off this site (who is no longer here) bought them and said they work fine on FMU! She also uses the internet test strips and usues them at about 2 PM (which is what MOST of the tests reccomend) but you can go ahead and use digital with FMU! Good luck and tons of baby dust!

    Q. Best time to test with clearblue ovulation tests?
i have heard that the best time to test using ovulation tests is 2 pm because lh is synthesized in your body early in the morning and will not show up in urine until later in the day. however, in the clearblue easy digital ovulation test directions it states "many woman find it most convenient first thing in the morning." i called the helpline and was told that clearblue recommends first morning urine because it's the most concentrated. it would personally be a lot easier for me to test first thing than not drink anything and not pee from 10 am - 2 pm and i feel i should follow the instructions and listen to the helpline. has anyone else tested ovulation first thing in the morning and did you get a positive? did you eventually get pregnant based on the tests? thanks!

i am using them at the moment first time a tested after lunch and it came up straight away and it did.ent come up first thing in the morning fingers crossed it worked baby dust to u

    Q. Ovulation - clearblue test question?
i have been taking the clearblue ovulation test for the past 3 days (twice daily - 11am and 7pm) today at 11:00am i tested and it finally came up with the smiley face to show the lh surge. does this mean i am about to ovulate this afternoon / evening or will it be tomorrow? my husband and i have had sex once every evening for the last 3 days. will the sperm from the last 3 times of sex still be there ready for when i ovulate or should i top it up tonight and tomorrow night? how soon after you see the lh surge do you really ovulate? today is day number 14 of a 28 cycle. ( i have very regular periods) thanks.

The surge comes 12-36 hours before ovulation. So having sex again tonight will still help. If you had sex last night, you can wait a night also. The egg can survive for 12-24 hours so if you ovulate in 12 hours and it only survives for 12, you can even have sex within 24hrs and still hit the right time. I would give it a rest and do it tomorrow. If you know there are no sperm count issues doing it daily isn't an issue, but if there are or if you dont' know for sure, it would be better to wait a day so he's got more sperm. Can I add that you're very lucky :) a 28 day cycle with opk surge on day 14? Very jealous here!

    Q. Day 20 digital ovulation test still showing high...?
i'm using the clearblue easy digital ovulation test to try to understand and predict my ovulation time. i've been reading here about women with reading high of up to 13 days here and then it finally going low, etc. i am on day 20 now, and i'm still at high. i pressed the "m" button on the monitor on the first day of my period, tested on day 6 and it read low. the next day i started reading a high level and it's been there ever since. as soon as it started on high (day 7) my husband and i started having sex. we've continued having sex every other day, but still no surge to "ovulation." i've gone through the mucus phase as folks have described, etc. my periods are a regular 30 days without fail. is it just that i've just begun testing this month and the digital ovulation test has to adjust to my body? can a woman go through her whole life with no surge? i feel sort of dumb asking these questions. to be honest my partner and i are in our early 30's have always had a great sex life with contraception and never worried about pregnancy. i wasn't even familiar with with ovulation took place until just a month ago, or what mucus prediction was, etc. now i'm worried that there is something wrong, i'm getting old, maybe i'm too overweight, etc. can anyone else share their experiances?

probably only because this is your first month testing. Next month you should see a change. This was my first month testing and I had high for like 7 days then 2 peak then 1 high and back to low but I hear it is not unusual to not get a peak reading the first month or 2. If I were you I would start bbt charting also to confirm ovulation. You can start a free chart at http://www.fertilityfriend.com this helped me to be sure that I ovulated on day 23. It is also possible that you didn't ovulate this cycle. That happens sometimes but if you keep testing over the next few months and never get a peak then you should see a dr. I wouldn't worry if I were you because most people don't get the peak the first month. If you are on any fertility meds or have pcos the monitor is not supposed to work for you but otherwise it should be right by next cycle.

    Q. Can clomid prevent you from getting a positive ovulation test?
i have been taking clomid this month (2nd time) and i have been using clearblue easy ovulation test every morning. i started taking the test on day 11 and today is day 14 with no positive test results yet. what should i do? is this normal? thanks in advance!

no, you'll still get a positive.. clomid does, however, make you ovulate a little later then normal.. I usually get my + 15-16dpo. good luck and get to baby dancing because it's just around the corner!

    Q. What time of day to take ovulation tests?
i am going to be starting to take clearblue digital ovulation tests on wednesday for the first time. i have read on many questions on here about taking them at 2:00pm everyday versus taking them with first morning urine....can someone fill me in on why this would be true?? thanks so much!

The optimal time to take an OPK is around 4pm although you can take them from 2pm-8pm as long as you haven't passed urine for an hour or so beforehand (just to be doubly sure). The reason why first morning urine is no good for an OPK is that your natural levels of Lutenising Hormone (what will turn the stick positive) is in a higher amount in the morning. Non-pregnant women naturally have a level of LH in their system at all stages in their cycles which is why having a concentrated pee in the morning to test with may cause a false positive. Hope that made sense! :-) Good luck ***

    Q. Clearblue ovulation test question? first timer here!! lol?
okay.. please don't laugh lol! my hubby and i are finally getting to start ttc again after 5 months (he went on deployment) and we bought the clearblue ovulation test with the lines. i was wanting to know is it a good test or what do you ladies think? i'm scared it's going to be confusing bc both lines have to be dark before you get an lh surge. another question i have is do i start using it the day before i think i'm about to ovulate? i'm sorry i know i did read the directions but i would actually like to hear from ladies who have actually used it. i haven't started ny new cycle yet. i'm due in the next day or 2, but we went ahead and got it. i would just really like to know so i can make sure i'm using it right bc we've tried for 10 months and nothing! so i would really like to be successful this time around lol!! please help!! thanks in advance!!

I would start around day 7/8 of your cycle and keep trying every day until you get a positive.. if you do it the day prior to you thinking you are about to ovulate you could miss out! every month can be different and some women ovulate alot earlier. I'd buy a few test and test everyday until you get a positive :) good luck!!!!
