two days ago, i went in and asked my stylist to take my heavily highlited hair back to it's original light brown shade and start over with highlites because i felt it was too light. she seemed to know what she was doing, but when whe was done, my hair was even lighter than when i went in. and it had an overall orange tint to it. so she scheduled an appointment for me to have it toned down the next day. well, i went in for that appointment and now my hair is so ashy and the blond pieces are so light that they look platinum grey. so now i'll know what i'll look like when i'm 60. i'm afraid to go back to her and i'm not sure what to tell the next stylist to correct it.

YOu need to go back in there and speak to a manager, address your concern and make them fix it, you shouldnt of had to pay for something that you didnt like and they have to fix it by law. Dont let the same lady work on you and dont leave until they get it right. I hope this helps. Good luck.
