HI Iknow it was stupid but my ears get really itchy like somethink is crawling i n them so i stupidly used a cotton bud , i hheard sumthing pop an when i pulled the cotton bud out i had no hearing it has been a week now and the only diffrence is i regain hearing for no more then 5 seconds then it goes again the doctor prescribed me otomize spray, it worked strait away last time but i have used tis for 2 days now without any improvement, do you think i have permently damaged my eardrum , i am really freaked out and can promise i will never do anythik that stupid again

You need to rent some plumbing repair equipment. Particularly for you, you may want to rent a plumbing snake. Or if you have a lot of clogs, you may want to buy a plumbing snake instead of just using a rental. Anyhow, I think you need to feed the snake down the toilet at the same time you flush so that the plumbers snake goes through the hatch when it`s open, turn it on and zzzzzz! unplugged. If that doesnt work you have to take the toilet apart. Someone may have put a toy or other object down there! If`s probably a good idea to check with your hand or glove :) first to see if there is a maxipad, diaper or tampon stuck. You definitely don`t want to push those further down your pipes!!

The best thing to unclog a toilet with a pad in it will be to snake it out. But doing things yourself cold be quite a cumbersome task . hence , you better call up a plumber who would know the best way to fix the problem and unclog your toilet properly .

Or you could simply call a plumber to the job. if you want to do this on your own, then get a sealing material which easily available in the market. Follow the instruction to prepare it and apply at leaked places. If this doesn`t resolve your issue, then the toilet pipe must be broken or leaked at higher extent.
