Hey there! Your hair turned gray because you probs used an ash brown hair colour on blonde hair which turns it a gray ash purple colour! not very nice i know lol! iv been through this before and there are basically two methods! . you can use a WARM toned brown hair colour to re-dye your hair. if you want to go back to blonde you can mix lemon juice with the same amount of conditioner! wash your hair and apply this lemon mixture in your hair as well as blow drying your hair till almost dry! this will lighten your hair! lemons have natural acids in that lighten hair with heat! This is so common. As a hairdresser I fix this at least once a month. Do it yourself at home works great sometimes but certain colors must be done by a professional. In general, darkening hair at home is ok, but dying kits that have hydrogen peroxide or similar chemicals to make hair lighter can give unexpected results. Fortunately you can fix this problem by redying your hair darker. If its got you upset just spend the money and get a professional hair dresser to fix it. Good luck. Jane.
