When you bleached your hair out, you took all the underlying color pigments out too. When you tried to color over the blonde, there was nothing for the color to hold on to. Your hair needed to be filled with the supporting underlying pigments and then colored. Go to your salon!!

Then when you get it blue.. everything is screwed up. Wait till you're 18, your hair cells will be stronger and bleaching won't be that bad for you. Good luck!

the dye is not permanent, so it will fade. I am not sure how light your hair is, but you might want to bleach it with a low volume bleach before reapplying. also, sleep with the dye on for a night, just put a towel on your pillow. If you want a blue dye that won't fade so fast, go to a beauty supply store and buy a different brand, I never had much luck with manic panic lasting long (try special effects). you also gotta wash your hair less so it doesn't wash the color out.

I would not highlight your hair more, especially if your hair is already fried. I would go with option number 1. Ask her to try a dark blond instead of a medium brown. You can always make your hair darker, but lighter is difficult. Depending on the level of damage of your hair, you may also be able to highlight your hair again or a couple of months down the road to lighten it again. If it helps any, you can try toning it yourself. Toning uses the color wheel. If you want to cancel out or remove a color from your hair, you use a color opposite of that color on the color wheel. For example, if you have too much orange tone in your hair, you'd use a blue toner to cancel it out. I'd also look into another stylist. Try to find one that specializes in color or call around and tell them your problem and ask if they have any less damaging solutions for you. Good luck!

Don't do this!! I'm a hairstylist and have had to fix many blondes who have dyed their hair blue . The blue pigment really holds on. The only way to get it completely back is to grow it out again. Even the semi permanents tend to leave an unwanted tone in the hair. The only way to get it out is to bleach it all out and then couteract the leftover tones with another dye. It will either cost you alot of money to get it fixed proffesionally or you'll have to wait for it to grow out. Blue is one of the worst colours to remove.
